Elder has been used for centuries. A well documented herbal remedy for colds, it is also very useful for treating (and possibly preventing) the flu. We use elderberry syrup daily during cold & flu season instead of making a bunch of trips to the doctor's office. For the past 3 years, we have been flu free (without the help of a flu vaccine.)  Our kids love elderberry syrup... and remind us to take our daily dose just before bedtime. 

Flu Prevention Tips

ALL NATURAL, handcrafted and made to order :: This herb mix is not a commercial blend. I personally hand mix it in small batches to ensure quality and uniformity of each package of herbs.
 

This product is an herb mix NOT for actual Elderberry syrup. You will need the following ADDITIONAL ingredients to make the herb mix into syrup.  3 cups of distilled water + 1 cup of honey (raw & local honey if possible) + Windy Ridge Elderberry Syrup herb mix package.  Each package makes makes approximately 24 oz of Elderberry Syrup when prepared as directed ~ 22-25 adult servings or 44-50 child servings.
