Directions  *Picture Tutorial coming soon!*

1. Pour herb mix into a 2 QT saucepan, and add 3 c cold distilled water. Bring to a boil, tightly covered. Reduce heat to med and set the lid ajar to allow steam to escape. Simmer for about 30-40 minutes on LOW or until about 2 c liquid remains. Strain out herbs using a mesh strainer (or paper towel lined colander). Then, squeeze liquid out of herbs with the back of a spoon. Check to be sure you have 2 cups of liquid reserved.  If not, simply add additional distilled water until liquid level = 2 cups.

2. Add 1 cup honey and stir until dissolved. Store in a glass bottle or jar with a loose fitting lid. LABEL THE JAR with date & contents!! Allow to cool, and store in the refrigerator for 3-4 months.

**(Please do not use honey in preparations for children under 1 year of age. Grade B Maple syrup is a good substitute.)**
