Top 4 Essential Oils to relax & calm

 

BALANCE : the grounding blend

*Use aromatically in a diffuser or topically on your wrists & back of the neck to relax and increase focus, promote relaxation, and relieve anxiety. 


  • Begin your day by putting Balance on the bottom of your feet to lessen stress throughout the day. 
  • Balance is a great oil blend to use during an AromaTouch Hand Massage. 
  • Feeling anxious? Apply Balance to your wrists or neck to help with nerves. 
  • Diffuse in your car during road trips to create a calming, soothing environment. 

Oil Blend Ingredients:  Spruce Needle/Leaf, Ho Wood, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy Flower, and Blue Chamomile Flower essential oils in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil. 

 

LAVENDER : soothing

*Use aromatically in a diffuser to promote a sense of calm and relaxation.  Apply topically to sooth skin irritations.

  • Add 2–3 drops into a warm bath to create a peaceful, renewing aroma. 
  • Diffuse to help promote relaxation and decrease stress.
  • Apply to an aromatherapy necklace to help reduce anxiety.
